Lessons

At PEC, we feel it is important for all riders to have an understanding of both horsemanship and riding. 

We offer lessons for riders age 8 and up.   Due to insurance regulations and our own policies, we do not allow riders under 8 at this time.  

Our lesson program is geared toward riders who are interested in recurring, progressive lessons.  We feel strongly that a lesson program should be a good fit for student and instructor, and we are happy to offer trial sessions for new students.   If you are looking for a one-time riding experience for a birthday or special event, we would be glad to refer to you other facilities in Charlotte that might be able to accommodate your request.   We do not offer recreational trail rides.  

Lesson Rates: 

Group/Semi-Private lessons (3-4 riders)

• $60 Riding Plan
• $65 A la carte

Private Lessons

• $70 Riding Plan
• $75 A la carte
